These terms apply when you use this online store (the "Store") or buy from Tubtonic ("we," "us"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give accurate, current information at checkout.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and suppliers may make minor changes to packaging or design. If an item arrives materially different from its description, you can return it under our Refund Policy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. We may cancel orders affected by an obvious pricing or listing error and will refund any payment. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, stock problems or errors. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Using products safely

Use products only as intended and follow the included instructions and any cleaner manufacturer's directions. Test on a small hidden area first. Don't submerge electrical parts unless the product instructions say it's safe. We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incompatible cleaning chemicals, or use on surfaces the product isn't suited for.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Except for our Refund Policy and any warranty required by law, products are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or the Store is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Content and intellectual property

The Store's text, graphics and logos belong to Tubtonic or its licensors. Don't copy them without permission. If you post a review or comment, it must be honest and lawful, and you give us permission to display it.

10. Reviews

We only display genuine reviews from real customers. We don't pay for or write fake reviews, and we don't hide negative reviews because they're negative.

11. Links to other sites

The Store may link to other sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Disputes

If you have a problem with an order or the Store, please contact us (or email support@tubtonic.shop) first so we can try to resolve it informally.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you order applies to that order.
