Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Estimated US delivery is about 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and peak season or weather can add time.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show updates.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. We currently ship to US addresses only.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If it hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us (or email support@tubtonic.shop) with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier. See our Shipping Policy.
Returns
What if it doesn't work for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Contact us (or email support@tubtonic.shop) with your order number first, and we'll send return instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
My scrubber arrived damaged or isn't working.
Contact us (or email support@tubtonic.shop) within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.
Using your spin scrubber
How do I charge it?
It's cordless and rechargeable. Charge it with the included USB-C cable (USB-A plug), using any standard USB power adapter.
How long is the handle?
It extends up to 47.2 inches (120 cm), long enough to reach the tub floor and the upper shower wall while standing. Shorten it for sinks and counters.
Which head should I use?
Use the pointed brush or the small round brush for grout lines and corners, and the large flat brush for tile floors and tub surfaces. Use the sponge, microfiber or wool pads for glass and delicate surfaces, and the scouring pad for tough, durable surfaces.
Will it scratch my surfaces?
Test any head on a small hidden spot first. Use the soft pads (microfiber, wool, sponge) on glass, chrome and delicate finishes.
Do I need a special cleaner?
No. Use the bathroom or kitchen cleaner you already use, and follow its directions.
Can I get it wet?
The brush heads can be rinsed after use. Don't submerge the handle or motor body in water, and follow the included instructions.
