Tubtonic ("we," "us") runs this online store. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details when you buy, contact us or sign up for emails or texts.
- Payment information: processed by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay). We don't see or store your full card number.
- Automatically collected information: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring site, and how you interact with the store. This is collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To process, ship and track your order and handle returns
- To answer your questions and give customer support
- To send order and shipping updates
- To send marketing emails or texts if you opt in. You can unsubscribe any time
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
- To understand and improve the store and our ads
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the store:
- Shopify (our e-commerce platform), which hosts the store and processes orders. Learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
- Fulfillment partners and suppliers, which receive your name, address and phone number to ship your order
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your package
- Payment processors, to handle payment
- Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram). We use their pixels and conversion tools to measure ads and show relevant ads. These partners may collect information about your activity on our store.
- Authorities, when required by law
We don't sell your personal information for money. Some US state laws treat sharing data with ad partners for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing." See "Your choices and rights" below.

We won't discriminate against you for using these rights. We'll honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals where the law requires it.
Data retention
We keep order information as long as needed for orders, returns, taxes and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online system is 100% secure.
Children
This store is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
